FEES                                                                        POLICIES OFFICE POLICIES AND FEES     We all have busy lives.  In order to keep everyone’s day running smoothly, please arrive in a timely fashion. Arriving late may deduct the missed time from your appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. In this way, the next client will not be inconvenienced. Please give at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Although we understand emergencies may arise, last minute cancellations or a no call/no show will be charged a fee of $30, payable prior to the beginning of the next appointment. Cash, credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AmEx), and personal checks are accepted. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks or reversed charges, payable prior to the beginning of the next appointment. Workman's Compensation and no-fault insurance may be accepted and billed through our office.  Please contact us for information. For your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early to fill out medical history and other necessary forms.   30 minutes -- $35   45 minutes -- $45   60 minutes -- $60   90 minutes-- $90    Chair massage:          30 minutes-- $35       Gift Certificates Gift certificates are currently available by phone or at the office.   Gladly accepted. Massage:     Special offers: Buy any 4 massages of the same type and duration and receive a fifth free. This offer valid only when the four massages are purchased at the same time. Offer may include gift certificates at an additional fee. We are available to provide chair massage at your place of buisness for an employee wellness day or other appreciation event.
