Go To Health Massage Therapy - Office Policies

In order to keep everyone’s day running smoothly, please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, you will receive the remaining time allotted for your massage. In this manner, the person following you will not be held up.

You may pay by cash, check, credit or debit card. Credit/debit cards are accepted via webpay only at this time. There is a $30 Return Check Fee.

Please give at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a fee of $30.

Insurance policies are a contract between the insured and the carrier. Go to Health Massage Therapy will assist in preparing the necessary reports so the insured may collect from their carrier and Go to Health Massage Therapy will be, in turn, paid for medically necessary treatment.
