THERAPISTS
Kris Dibelka, AAS/LMT, established
Go to Health Massage Therapy in 2004.
The practice has been located inside the
facilities of Evergreen Family Medicine
since 2006.
David Benjamin, LMT/COTA, began
working with Kris in 2011.
Together we provide orthopedic, cranial
sacral, and Swedish massage, for our
clients, in a comfortable and relaxing
setting.
"On the Road to Wellness," is the
buisness and personal philosophy
of Go to Health Massage Therapy and
Kris Dibelka.
Kris has held a long-standing
fascination with the mechanics of the
human body. It was through becoming
a Martial Arts Master and active
self-defense instructor that Kris
discovered an aptitude for helping
people and healing physical injury.
Kris has earned an Associate's of
Applied Sciences (with distinction) in
Massage Therapy. Further, she has
completed certification with the
Orthopedic Massage Education
& Research Institute (OMERI)
and specializes in Orthopedic Massage.
“While each individual is responsible for
finding the best way for them to be
healthy, there are times for each of us
that it is difficult to stay well. Stress,
poor sleep, nutrition, as well as many
other factors can influence how well
our minds and immune systems function.
I believe that massage is a great way to
practice health maintenance and that
illness and injury can be kept to a
minimum.”

Go To Health Massage Therapy
David has a long-standing interest in
wellness and healing. After traditional
medical practices failed to help relieve a
chronic problem he experienced in his
teens, he sought alternative care and
the symptoms ceased after just one
visit.
This experience began a lifetime
appreciation for “alternative” or
“complementary” healthcare. David
started a quest to develop his
understanding of how the body works
and he has devoted himself to learning
how he could help guide others to whole
body wellness.
David has a degree as, and is licensed
to practice as, an Occupational Therapy
Assistant. He is also licensed by New
York State as a Massage Therapist and
carries advance certification as a
CranioSacral Therapist.
Further, David has held teaching and
clinical director positions at the
Onondaga School of Therapeutic
Massage.
